Holly Lodge Park is one of our Surrey based parks that also is the home of our Surrey office. The Park currently has 158 homes catering for residents over the age of 50. All homes have parking and the benefit of a private garden. No dogs are allowed on this park, however, cats are welcome.

Holly Lodge Park is situated in a very desirable area within Surrey with many good restaurants, pubs and golf courses nearby. It is also just a short journey to Epsom Racecourse... Home of The Derby and The Oaks.
